Hike with just a day-pack! No need to worry about heavy baggage. Your suitcase will be waiting for you when you arrive at your nightly accommodations.

We reserve all of your nightly accommodations on the route. Optional add-ons available for longer stays.

Enjoy breakfast before you hit the trail and a sack lunch on the trail.

Transportation to and from trailheads is included, when needed. Some days may require short transportation to or from trailheads depending on the hike mileage you choose.

We’re a family-run company founded in 2025 out of a simple wish: more thoughtful inn-to-inn travel experiences right here in the United States. Based in Minnesota, we’re avid hikers and travelers who love sharing the state’s stunning trails, welcoming small towns, and warm hospitality. Every trip we create reflects our passion for exploring on foot, traveling well, and helping others discover beautiful places one memorable step at a time.
Our namesake, Three Goats Gruff, was inspired by our three kids—curious, spirited, and always ready for the next adventure—who remind us daily why exploring the world with heart, humor, and a sense of wonder matters so much.
